ran across the venue just down from cafe maude. i looked for the terrain along the creek and a little spot to whet your whistle before and after. stay tuned for the date but i think we'll do it on a sunday . night or day?

embracing the role of independent promoter

i have a few ideas for winter bike racing:
1. cyclocross on cross country trails in wirth park
2. cyclocross in a construction zone
3. historic cyclocross, bring an 80's frame built up for cyclocross, nothing that you could buy at a 'new bike' shop
4. off road night racing: course marked by light stix, flares, torches, or better yet rabbits dipped in gasoline coated in tar and lit on fire

do you sense a theme? i'm planning on creating races that i would like to see. that i would like to compete in.... anybody else interested?

compete to become the exclusive mechanic for bbr

I need some maintenance/replacement work on the meister. I have decided that the best way to be fair and balanced would be to allow sealed bids from local bicycle shop or mechanics. i once had had two shops fighting over the right to build a set of wheels for me. i don't want to talk about it....

work that needs to be performed:
remove/replace bottom bracket and remove seized crank arms. may include re-facing threads, crank arms may suffer damage. replacement bottom bracket should be sealed and square taper.
